Payments by Stripe
Every transaction is processed by Stripe, a certified PCI-DSS Level 1 provider — the most stringent level in the payments industry. Card details go straight to Stripe; they never touch Masjidi's servers.
Direct settlement
Funds move from the donor to your masjid's own bank account through Stripe. Masjidi never holds, pools or delays your money — there is no intermediary balance to worry about.
Encryption everywhere
All traffic is protected with TLS in transit, and donor records — including Gift Aid declarations — are encrypted at rest. Access is role-based, logged and reviewable.
GDPR by design
Donor data is collected only for the purposes it's needed — processing donations and Gift Aid claims — retained only as long as the law requires, and never sold or shared for marketing.
Fraud monitoring
Stripe Radar screens every payment with machine-learning fraud detection trained on billions of transactions, protecting your masjid from chargebacks and card abuse.
Transparent audit trail
Every donation is timestamped, categorised and immutable in your records. Trustees, auditors and HMRC each get exactly the view they need — in one click, not one weekend.
Donor Privacy
Discreet by default
Giving in Islam is best kept quiet. Digital donations through Masjidi are private by nature — no envelopes with names on them passed down a row, no public counting. A donor's gift is between them, their masjid and Allah.
